Dinner: Grilled chicken breast (seasoned of course) on a bed of Spring Pea-sto with Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
               Dessert: Ricotta Cheesecake with Fresh Raspberries
          
Thursday March 15, 2007
Lunch (to-go): Turkey (or chicken) on homemade whole wheat with lettuce, Dijon (or yellow mustard), onion, tomato and swiss cheese
                     goldfish crackers
                     brownie
                     orange or apple
Dinner: Savory Tuna Burgers with fresh green beans
              Dessert: Grapefruit Brulee

Friday March 16, 2007
Lunch (to-go): Chicken Salad Sandwiches on homemade bread
                     pretzels
                     cupcake (or slice of cake)
                     orange or apple
Dinner: we normally go out to dinner on Fridays, but if we chose not to I can plan a meal

Saturday March 17, 2007
Lunch: Grilled cheese with homemade bread and a variety of cheeses
Dinner: Make-your-own: Chicken stir-fry with rice (white or whole wheat)
                       (chicken, water chestnuts, green and red pepper, carrot, broccoli)
               Dessert: Fortune Cookies

All desserts have 230 calories or less and all meals are protein and/or omega 3-fatty acid based, served with vegetables or whole grains.
